Rikard, I received your email and forwarded it to a manager to see if there is anything we can do to help. Please, please make sure that your contact info in your account is up to date. Many of our managers actually called their affiliates to make sure the paperwork was done in time.
As for waiting for something online to be finished, that seems strange to me. You just needed to go to the government website to grab a W9 (or W8BEN)form and email or fax it to us when completed. If you have any questions at all in future, please don't hesitate to call our office directly.
