no there is no come back on this. When a CB is done its done. No litigation or appeals, u just loose the bucks, get a cb charge in some cases, and get some percentages added to your cback ratio. Thing is to try and stop the rot. the guy in this question has extensive billing history, so at least I stopped the fucking maggot cbakin a whole year
