Him being a vet is just the icing on the cake. Another older man was killed a year or two ago and it was also front page news. It's the senseless beating of an old man.

Veterans should be treated well by the country they served.
Since he was shot, he probably had a purple heart.
This why we have Veteran Parades, Veteran Cemetery's and Veteran hospitals.
The news source gave credit where credit was deserved.

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
