Just because I am small potatoes compared to others around here, this doesn't mean I could really use the money. I like money and I like making money, but first and foremost, this is a hobby for me. Therefore, I have the luxury of dropping sponsors that do things I do not wholeheartedly or even remotely agree with. Many others simply don't have that luxury because this has evolved into a 9 to 5 job for them, some of whom are convinced that pushing every available sponsor on as many domains as possible is in their best interest.
And when some Numbnut says that dropping a particular sponsor is my ( financial ) loss, the irony around here becomes thick enough to cut with a knife. Someone suggests that Everyone including Fabio and Manwing could be making greater financial gains if Fabio and Manwing did Y instead of X and people around here start behaving like howler monkeys with PMS.
I sincerely mean it when I say, Good luck with your 5 year plan, Peabody. And don't fret about my well being. I'm not hurting myself in the least.

While I know this will be hard for you to swallow - oops, wrong choice of words, sorry - but I really don't give a fuck if you promote my shit or not, or WHAT the fuck you do (or don't do). In a way I'm glad you're independant enough to do this as a "hobby" (tho I suspect that's complete and utter bullshit, Mr. Registered in 2013....). I, too (in case you couldn't tell) am the Master of my own Destiny so rarely do what others do. This is why you were interested in promoting one of my sites in the first place, right?
Anyway, do what you want or don't do what you want, but making tube clips your excuse is fucking lame. Here's where people get traffic (in porn) on the Internet. Ready mr. Hobbyist? please take notes:
1. Search engines - a difficult game with Google updates etc. You rank well one day, next day you wake up and your shit is on page 50. FUN!
2. Trades - either links or content. Either I give you a link to put on your site or I give you content to put on your site and
voila! You send traffic back to me.
3. Advertising - let's spend THOUSANDS a month to get hit-or-miss-converting traffic that may not even pay back the ad bill. MORE FUN!!
4. Social media - tweet your ass off for.....well, for something, I don't know what.
5. Word of mouth - bookmarkers, people tell other people, Members post on forums saying your shit is great, etc. Hard to quantify.
Did I miss anything? I'm not dumping on you - as I said, promote or not, no prob - but you can see from the above list that #2 is the best option for a 'small potatoes' operation like mine. As I have stated over and over (and over): show me WHERE (or HOW) I can get 20k hits to my paysites WITHOUT submitting tube clips and I will gladly do it.
