"They own streamate" it means 100% ownership. A change in company name (kept at same address) is just accounting technical; if shareholders to enter you let them enter in existing company, I guess.
Is true you broke the story. if I recall, the rumor was streamate asked $220 million to be paid in 5 years or so. But I seem to recall both parties (or at least Nathan, but you call him liar anyway) denied this was finalized; perhaps was just talks or not even this. And you sure Manwin got that much money extra to buy things? Manwin real owners may be the catholic teachers association or the republican senators pension fund, but I think they've invested enough in porn. If it was just a stake, this is not like how manwin operates, normally they buy 100%. Note that manwin owns webcams.com and Nathan replied in some other forum he accepts offers i.e. they more like sell their cam site than buy another.
