Fact: There ARE NO FACTS. Relax People.
Being a former journalist (shocking, I know) I have a very intimate relationship with 'facts'. Specifically, what are and what are not "facts".
Example (and test): the time (as of me typing this) is 12:54 pm. Now, is this a "fact"?
Trick question. Yes and no. YES it's a "fact" if we take the information on it's face value (meaning, you believe what I say; but I may be lying). Can it be verified? So NO it's not a "fact" because it cannot be verified AND (here's my fave part of this example/test) it may be 12:54 pm HERE but is it 12:54 pm where YOU are? (Again, yes and no, time is 'simultaneous' yet also relative, depending on how you look at it).
So if we cannot even determine whether TIME is (or is not) "fact" then how on Earth can we determine what anyone says in the Adult Industry is (or is not) "fact"? We can't. Post whatever source you want, however many statistics and anecdotes, and still it does not paint an accurate picture. We do not work in a fact-verifiable Industry.
As the saying goes: "You are entitled to your own opinions but you are not entitled to your own facts.*"
*Unless you work in the Adult Industry. LOL
