I would personally be very carefully... Especially with a bigger company. They usually just pay a monthly fee to a lawfirm no mather how many cases they open (at least, that's how it works over here)...
If you search google, you can find hundreds of storys, for example Mr Nissan was sued for 10 million dollars by nissan (the car-brand), eventough he DID register his "nissan" company years before being sued
http://www.nissan.com/Digest/The_Story.php .. They did lose tough, but just to show that big companys will sue you over domain names... This dude was just lucky that he registered his company years before, and his name really was "nissan"... Something you cannot use on selling this domainname...
The only thing you could do to make some cash, is contact them directly and offer to make them a cool website for a reasonable price... But even this idear might backfire.
