Pulled... you have a pinned thread and don't bother to offer support during that time?
My stats show 83 hits and 9 cents earned... both the hits and the cents earned updated periodically. I will leave you with this... 9/83 = .1084. .1084X1000 = 108 cents. That is nowhere near $10.
BTW... your popup does not work right... it pops every time anything is clicked on the page like someone else in this thread suggested.
