In all fairness, I am starting to believe it's a Richard's Realm issue and not entirely a Devin/Rich issue. Sounds like their hands are tied at most points. Just wish one of them would have been more upfront and saying more than just script problems at RR. However, again, hands probably tied.
Just really really sucks when waiting.
Luckily, we got ours back up and running.
*TIP* The sooner that replies to bill card on file are made, the less chances of a missed billing cycle and the 3/4/5/6 month wait for RR to get the accounts activated and card billed.
Devin did good on it and we are all good now. Just have patience and get at him every so often, that's all the advice I can give.
