Again, more poorly written, poorly researched misinformation treating an entire class of drugs as being the same. "steroids" dont cause xyz.... That in itself is a perfect example of how to know the source is bullshit. There are plenty of drugs that are legally classified as steroids which do almost nothing at all and certainly none of the things mentioned... including those that are routinely prescribed for a wide variety of ailments, including rashes, growth problems in children or whatever. Some steroids have absolutely none of the effects mentioned regardless of the degree to which they are abused. Clenbuterol as an example is legally classified as a steroid and it is basically nothing more than ephedrine.
Furthermore... using one example of the BS in the article, just 10 months ago or so, yet another published, peer reviewed study was published in the New England Journal of medicine saying "roid rage" was a myth.
Again, lumping them all together and saying "use = horrible side effects" is not only inaccurate and disingenuous... but also ignores the massive range of positive benefits and the simple fact that many steroids are routinely prescribed daily.. even to children.
It would be like writing articles saying "stimulants" cause heart valve damage, cardiac arrest etc etc etc etc and never distinguishing between a crystal meth addict and a guy who drinks a cup of coffee every morning and treating both of them as being one in the same, in spite of the fact that its not only clearly not the case, but that there is zero evidence for such a claim.
