Spoiler alert...
It is actually 19 minutes to get to the station, as clearly stated by Jodi Foster's character.
I liked it. While not a sequel to "District 9", it is thematically consistent and if you are watching for entertainment purposes and not for fact checking, and you liked District 9 then you are probably going to like it.
