ONly reason this guy did what he did was cause he felt comfortable to do it. That means either the office or the institution allows this shit or was neglegent.
I don't bullshit when it comes to my constitutional rights and believe you me I've enough relatives in gov who are top judges and lawyers regarding constitutional law and now they're pissed.
So like I said, this guy had better have an excuse better than 'God told me' cause even God ain't gonna help this fool.
