In order to solve the problems of outgrowing a WordPress based site and CodingFutures inability to get Zombaio working with their YourMembers plugin, I recently installed PornCMS as a new members area. The idea being to transfer all my paid content to PornCMS and just have WordPress as a public blog. At the mo, I'm in transition with transferring content but will drop YourMembers as soon as it is all transferred. Feel free o take a look:

The decision to buy was easy. There is nothing out there with the same flexibility for anything like the price. It's a steal, especially if you buy outright. I wish I had started out with it instead of trying to build a site in WP. I would have saved a lot of money, time and grief. WP is fine as a public blog front end without a lot of high bandwidth content.
Ryan (PleasureKing?) has been fantastic and been patient and attentive above and beyond the call of duty...and God knows I can be a pain in the butt :-) As one would expect, such a transition has not been trouble free but so far the responses have been excellent. Of course, there has been an element of user error my end as I discover how things work.
Initially, I had some issue with odd characters (? in a black diamond) and random translations of some words (model names and foreign words used in English text translated literally). This made transferring text annoying and slow. This was quickly sorted out though. Transferring text from WP is now really fast.
I'm still getting to grips with the video and photo uploads. In part, I think the issue might be finding the optimal export settings for video uploads, some of which are very big. However, I think there's also some issue with processing as some video files that wouldn't process suddenly worked after support did some work the other day. I still have files that fail, show up as no data or simply disappear in PornCMS , in spite of being visible and the right size in Filezilla. I have no doubt this will all be fixed shortly or I'll be told I'm doing something stupid my end. e.g. something it doesn't like about file names. The photo uploads were throwing errors fairly often but this now seems to be fixed. Maybe some initial problem with my set up server side?
I'm still unsure how PornCMS manages data uploads. I'm assuming ffmpeg converts the files to various formats and does some compression. However, I'm not sure what happens to the original file, failed files or unwanted data. I was told it's not a good idea to delete via ftp but I'm concerned about using up space given my large uploads.
I'd be interested to hear any advice from existing users on optimal formats and compression prior to upload (I'm shooting on a Canon HV20 or 550D in HD so files are massive). Any info on keeping space usage down would also be good.
The only other issue is that often I get a login failure message on admin but if I ignore it and refresh the browser link it lets me in no probs. I was told it is something to do with high server loads. No biggy as it's only a minor irritation.
Overall, I'm delighted and would highly recommend PornCMS. I'm sure my minor teething problems will all be resolved. shortly. It seems to do everything that the big boys do and is really easy for those of us without php and css skills but it's a fraction of the price. I had them do some customisation which didn't cost a lot and had I been a little more techie I could have done it myself very quickly. They got it looking almost exactly how I wanted. I opted for an inexpensive 'almost' rather than a more expensive 'exactly'. I'm very happy with the result and I've had zero problems from users. My site is not the standard porn site, so those with more standard requirement would probably get away with a $99 off the shelf template. It's also got a range of add ons like webcam. I'm looking forward to dropping Yourmembers and having all member content in PornCMS so I can use all the marketing features fully.
They have a free trial which shows their confidence in the product. Definitely worth a look. You won't be disappointed.
