killed 100.000s in my country....we were under economic sanctions for over 2 decades we still feel the effects...indirect deaths from malnutrition to lack of proper medicine to the effects of homlesness and falling back in to tobacco/alcohol/drug abuse to crime to prostitution to everything you can imagine...
the indirect death toll is much higher than the direct...but only 9/11 is important and the ones with the american citizen ship and passport on the homeland
