As for the MR speculation, I've been in every bad thread about them contributing. Awhile back one of our owners called them out in a thread on rebills and how they said something that happened couldn't happen. Not because we promote them, but we are NATS ninjas and know the system inside and out. We've never been fans and since the gay side of the industry still does well, a lot of people don't appreciate their way of doing business.

Go on any gay board and you will see we have a stellar reputation. Someone on our own board started a thread of MR programs that we pinned and people add on to whenever they find another one.

When you're hiring for an affiliate manager you want one that knows everyone and their mother in the business. It's safe to say Tam knows everyone with traffic. She has been phenomenal.

I hope she doesn't mind me saying this, but I was apprehensive of her at first because I had no experience with her. She has amazed me and she is one of the nicest, most genuine people I've worked with. I now call her a friend. She has a family to feed and she got out of MR as soon as she had an opportunity. Most people can't just up and quit their jobs without at least some prospects.

I just closed my BofA accounts because they ripped me off. With a credit union now. I certainly don't hate BofA employees, just the company they work for. If I opened a bank tomorrow I'd hire away a lot of their people even though they would have previously worked for a shitty bank.
