I use it a lot, actually pay for a membership there and easily worth it.
However, I do get a TON of spam and stupid requests. Most of the people in my network (700+) are in my industry or close, but like today, I got a request from some random Indian based development firm and accepted it... moments later I get a call from someone who can barely speak English trying to get me to have them do web dev, design, SEO and SEM
Most people I work with are small to mid-size biz, so they are almost all there and I can see who it is I'm talking to
