Not sure where you picked up that piece of information, but it's just plain wrong.

Wake up. All that needs to be is you suspected of being involved in 'terrorist activities' (which could be painted very broadly) and they don't need a warrant AND they never even have to tell you your house was searched. Bush and ASScr0ft wipes their ass with the constitution.
