Believe it or not, your wrong... they are corrupt in other ways.
I'm not a "tattle tail" but when I see someone who is obviously drunk and endangering the lives of others I will report them. However, on all cases, nothing EVER happened.
The cops don't want to be TOLD to do something, they would rather find it out themselves. I don't know if it's a pride thing or just from being beat up as kids, but if you ask them to do something, you might as well ask them for a pint of their own spinal fluid too.
