Pay attention - we aren't discussing what is admissible as evidence or what happened. We are discussing fact verses pure speculation. Fact is he had a Arizona Watermelon Tea. Speculation is what he planned on doing with it when he got home.
And again, it's irrelevant being as it is not a crime to buy a ice tea and a bag of skittles.
No one knows what Martin was going to do when he got home because he was shot dead.
