So hate away, but I know my own content and how to market it, and tubes are a good way to advertise my various brands. Type-ins alone are worth it! Literally (no bullshit now) hundreds of millions of people have seen some of my website's content over these past four years thanks to Tubes so YOU tell ME where a little nobody like me can get that kind of exposure? Nowhere, that's where.
I don't whine about the past, I deal with the NOW - and the future.

I think you're missing something though. The same thing which us old timers are talking about is probably going to happen to you (if you stick around). It's not "things are 50 times harder in 2013 than 2003 for paysites but it's going to stabilize here" it's more "things are 50 times harder in 2013 than 2003 for paysites and it's going to keep getting worse and continue the trend". See the difference? It's going to get worse for the same reasons it got worse over the last few years. It should be expected. It's not being a negative Nancy it's just being real.

Well that pretty much explains it then. You don't have to worry about the future of your paysites. It's just a short term thing you are doing. Actually I think most of us are wanting to get out too and I don't blame you. There is nothing wrong with that. But it wasn't always like this. I guess it's like a lot of things. When the money is good people tend to stay more.
