Yikes! Big mistake.
First, like everyone else here, Segpay is a really respected biller. Cathy and her whole team go out of their way to help their clients. Trying to trash them in a public forum by calling them a scam makes you look bad, not them.
Besides that, you should not cancel your Mastercard service. Even if your Mastercard sales are low, you need to make it as easy as possible for your customers to spend money, not harder. You already have at least 2 billing processors in a cascade for this very reason.
If I were you I'd offer up an apology to Segpay and get back to work increasing your sales.
