It involves a heist (diamond?) in Florida? the gang pull it off my taking explosives (fireworks) in prior to the diamond exhibition taking place.
The fireworks go off, the people panic, everyone is evacuated and a fire engine turns up first but it's part of the gang. They steal the jewels and getaway via scuba gear.
