But he reserved a few fighting words for members of the Association of National Advertisers who opposed the company?s proposed deal with Yahoo on the grounds that it would limit competition and raise ad prices:
"If you?re going to criticize us, criticize us correctly. We?re guilty of many things, but that?s not one of them."

My feelings on Schmidt are that he's been brought in to be "the bad guy", so that Brin and Page can keep their reputations untarnished. Many of Google's more unpopular measures have been brought in during Schmidt's tenure.
Schmidt's view on privacy concerns is "well maybe you shouldn't be doing it in the first place". It was also Schmidt who represented Google at the Bildeberg event in the UK. It's like he's the caricature Zionist capitalist, so that Brin and Page can continue to look like the same nice guys who started Google.
To answer the OP's question, Panda and Penguin are not specific to adult, even though more recent penalties have disproportionately targeted adult.
