Something doesn't add up.
CCBill's usual rate is 14.5% + 10% holdback (5% if you ask nicely). Even at 5%:
80% Commission
14.5% rate
5% Holdback
--------------
99.5% in costs.
How are you going to going to make a living collecting 5 cents for every $100.00?
