A few interesting tidbits in the Mike South article...
The Law:
Quote:
|
(ii) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.

It would appear that someone may be able to challenge the practice of submitting one title, one form at a time.

Degban was set up by Manwin because takedownpiracy and removeyourcontent refused to take on Manwin companies as clients. So Degban does DMCA requests for the Manwin owned companies.
Now if you haven’t figured it out yet there is a clear connection here that Manwin owns Degban. To further that connection consider that Degban DMCA’s all the other tube sites EXCEPT the ones owned by Manwin, because those DMCA requests ultimately cause google to rank a tube site lower thus hurting the search engine result placement (SERP)

I did not know that Manwin owns Degban (I almost did business with them).
