Got it...you are one of those heroic taxpayers...that could not make the cut to serve in the military.
BTW...I have probably paid in taxes...in my life time...to more than have covered all that you have listed above and I suspect that I have paid more in capital gains tax than you have made in your lifetime and still continue to pay more in capital gains tax than you earn in a year.
