sorry....i didn't realize that was a rule. here are my 3 support attempts to them and not a word as of 7:55AM EST on 7/26/2013. according to their site i had 5 days to request a refund. it's as if they're waiting for the 5 days to expire or they're just not going to do it:

Your service is NOT working out. No responses to my emails. Links not appearing on sites. PR ranking not accurate. Very old, very outdated sites that haven't been updated since 2010 in some cases. I am requesting an immediate refund, please.
Please advise.
