Exactly ! I don't want host my new site on the same server as the one Google penalized.
On the penalized site, I had one or two advertisement banners and one pop-up per page.
I haven't altered any keywords. Had top serps on many keywords but now those serps have been taken over by Youtube links.
I've watched my Google traffic dwindle down to almost nothing on one of my newly launched adult domains that I've had parked since 2007.

No way am I going to link my new bikini/fitness site to this penalized site hosted at amerinoc.

use bulk backlinks to get Bing traffic while establishing your site's inlinks and domain authority. Once established your site will be more attractive to same niche link trades, then you will get Google traffic.
I went that route. Optimize one search engine and the other engines penalized me. Did everything Google asked on another of my adult sites only to have Panda throw me on page 27 somewhere.

This takes the wind right out of my sails !

Traffic gathering amateur sites/ vbulletin message boards strictly for back links.
Only accepted Imagebam/Imagevenue on the boards and all file locker domains were blocked.
Not to successful due to the fact I didn't allow site rips or copyrighted content.

It's frustrating.

Thanks for the advice !
