Exactly.
Plus most of these people are paid like $20.00/hour plus benefits on the surface. Which actually is more like $30-50.00/hour once you add in their healthcare, time off, employer pension or 401k (if a business), and alike. Assuming they get lifetime benefits, after they retire, you can only image what the
TRUE COST to the business/city/school district taxpayer is in the end.
If you did not save or invest while making decent money like that, you get what you deserve.
