Yet when Martin's school record is brought up (getting suspended, being in trouble) or his twitter account (NOLIMITNIGGA), or the pictures found in his cellphone of him holding a gun, or pot smoking, then "it's just kid stuff".

I am not trying to grasp at any straws.
Zimmerman was a wannabe police officer. He was just about to graduate with his little degree in criminal justice, had applied to be a police officer, and was training at a martial arts gym. He armed himself and joined the neighborhood watch - Self appointed sheriff, no requirements, no rules, no supervision. Zimmerman is nothing more than a douchebag who wanted to be a police officer so bad it made his panties wet.
Zimmerman handled this poorly from the start, and there are too many inconsistencies that don't add up:
- Why didn't he identify himself as the neighborhood watch from the start?
- Why did Zimmerman get out of his truck - to get a street name when there is only three streets?
- Zimmerman claims he was punched 25 times and had his head beat on the pavement, yet the photos indicate he was only punched once or twice?
- Did Martin jump out from behind the bushes and surprise Zimmerman, or did Zimmerman walk towards Martin - because within twenty-four hours Zimmerman claimed both.
- Zimmerman was part of the Neighborhood Watch who's job is work with police - Why didn't Zimmerman listen when the police told him they didn't need him to follow the suspect.
- How did Zimmerman pull out his firearm him from underneath them from under his jacket while Martin was on top of him hitting him?
Zimmerman handled this poorly from the very start. But that's exactly what you get when you have your neighborhood watch untrained and armed and tell them to protect us from the bad guys.
