Except THAT is illegal in Vegas as well.
Prostitution is ONLY legal in certain counties and ONLY in a brothel. And testing for STD's has been a requirement since 1937.
But it's not legal in Las Vegas (part of Clark Country):
Officials in Las Vegas convinced the legislature in 1971 to pass a law prohibiting the legalization of prostitution in counties with a population above a certain threshold, tailored to apply only to Clark County
Just more examples of the govt. interfering in people's lives in ways that it has NO business being involved in. A bunch of busybodies who have nothing better to do than put their nose in other people's business and treat adults like kids.
