I'm not even sure I am a conservative, sure don't give one jumping fuck about Jesus and I think only people with ovaries should have an opinion on abortion... sorry I digress...

now you guys are up in arms about Zimmerman and the great black injustices... what are you going to do about it? I can think of no greater tragedy than the internal rot of black culture and the dissolution of the black family structure... ...however personally, I feel no responsibility for the failure of black culture and further more accept NO responsibility for that failure...

but for some reason you guys seem too.... or did I misunderstand... you blame me because I expect personal and moral responsibility from people of any culture... and are angry at me for this injustice? interesting thought isn't it... boy that sure takes you off the hook from taking any action other than calling me names doesn't it?

so here's my question and my challenge:

what are you personally going to do? what actions are you going to take as a man or woman to rectify this great social injustice... I want to know if you are just all loudmouth bullshit talk or are you personally going to step up for the black man.

let's hear it... let's hear about the great personal sacrifices that your going to lay out for the black man... or are you guys just keyboard warriors after all...
Since you asked, here are some of the things which some liberals are doing, and I presume even some conservatives are doing to contribute time/money/support:

The rally in San Francisco will be at 9am this Saturday, July 20th, at the Federal Building. While we stand in San Francisco, Trayvon Martin's parents and many others will stand in New York and Miami and all across the country. Stand with them, and join us as we add our voices to the chorus of outrage against racism and the cries of justice for Trayvon!

Endorsed by the San Francisco NAACP

People in other cities can find out where a vigil is taking place near them by Googling "Justice for Trayvon vigil", and 100 city or your city name. There will reportedly be vigils in over 130 cities.

At the vigil there will be opportunities to find out what other groups and individuals are doing, so that you may find other ways to become more involved.

This Vigil event is being organized by the National Action Network . Their website has links to other resources related to social justice as well.

Others wanting to do more can contact a local NAACP chapter, or get involved in some other way.

Voting for elected representatives that share your views on civil rights and social justice, and encouraging them to vote for issues which you support is another way to get involved.

As for me personally, I'm active in trying to stop violence in general by promoting peace in many ways. I've been an activist for decades. I've tried to educate myself, spoken publicly, organized/participated in events, written letters, marched, donated lots of time and money, and I've even been arrested for civil disobedience a handful of times.

So what are conservatives doing to stem all of the violence caused by white people? You do know that more murders are committed by white people than any other race in the US, and that the majority (82%) is white on white murder, right?

What are you personally going to do about that?

We are not in some post-racial utopia, and the dystopia we find ourselves in is no accident. I believe that most people whom consider themselves liberal understand that much of the heavy lifting will have to come from within the black community, however it stands to reason that if people are in solidarity instead of active opposition, that the difficult tasks ahead of the black community will be made easier.

I feel sad for bitter hateful people that are blinded by prejudice and ignorance.

Peace and Love,
