Upon hearing that there is an organized effort being formed to damage our businesses, "we" have suffered emotional distress and significant financial losses due to preparations. This distress coupled with the financial losses have strained our marital and personal relationships. Furthermore this continued and well documented assault, dating back to 1973 has caused individuals significant emotional distress.
