That aside, the CDC claims they (piercings and tattoos) are safe -- yet blood banks make you wait a year after getting one before donating blood.
Out of curiosity, who would benefit from these 'scare tactics'?
I would think if anyone would want to use scare tactics to keep the public from getting tattoed, it would be the government.
