I was in a bar having a few and another customer told me he had been in Missouri having drinks one night and probably more than he should have. He left the bar and drove over the state line into Kansas. About a mile into Kansas he's got flashing lights behind him. He pulls over and it turns out to be a Kansas City Missouri cop. Few minutes later a Prairie Village, Kansas cop drives up and asks the MO cop what he's doing. They start arguing over the whether the Missouri cop can do a traffic stop in Kansas.
Next thing he knows the 2 cops are wrestling on the ground and hitting each other. So he jumped in his car, drove the few blocks to his house. He put the car in the garage and turned out every light. Neither cop showed up at his house.
