It would make sense for them to comment on this stuff though. That's what they used to do anyway up until about the time when corvette left and that whole fiasco with processing for file lockers. It makes far more sense than 2,000 people calling and emailing to find out what is wrong.
Thanks again for updating on the status and getting in contact with them though.
