Why should you think this similar case should cause outrage when you think the Zimbo case was a sham? That's my point. You flip and flop on similar cases.

I seriously doubt I would shoot for a swinging fist.
I seriously think I would shoot if he swung a pipe.
So that's in dispute. Two different stories about what was swung.
If the police can accurately dispute that a pipe was swung then I think they will probably file a charge.
This case had witnesses that saw the incident from start to finish, unlike Zimbo's case.
That does make a difference.
