I'll tell you what OP... go look at
http://limestonenetworks.com, our dedi provider. Their list prices aren't exactly the cheapest you can find, but they give competitive discounts and have been worth every penny we've paid them since 2009.. Also, note that while their main page advertises "unmanaged dedicated servers", they do offer different levels of management
And believe you me, we've been around the block and back again with dedi hosts over the years...
