They refused to arrest him because they felt there was no case. They felt he acted in self defence just like the jury decided.
Cops were saving the state money.. If you bothered to read the actual facts in this case any moron would have known it was not a convict able case.
Instead we get racist black people demanding justice because some white honky whom wasn't even a white guy killed a black kid. Instead of reading the facts they wanted media justice by claiming racism until the state gave in and charged him..
End result the case cost the state millions so Jessie Jackson could cry racism on TV.. I guess them jurors must be racist as well..
