i know many sponsors...
they simply don't give a thing on what's going on. they just think: i shoot porn, i should get rich in a days, send me your traffic. later they realize they can't sell like expected, it's not a reason for rational thinking for them. 99.5% of sponsors won't be following any other rules than billing rules.
the same mess with 'affiliate'. actually there're very few affiliates left with solid earnings.

- commitment to try to remove pirated content from unauthorized sources
- commitment to provide affiliates the same length promo clips and material as they provide tubes
- commitment to not be late by more than 7 days on any payment and to provide public notice ASAP when this is likely to be broken.
- To have a no leak policy on all affiliate landing pages
- To maintain a reasonable minimum payout amount such as $50 or $100.
- To respond to all affiliate inquiries within 72 hours.
- To credit affiliates for all processors available on the affiliate tour and to make reasonably sure returning affiliate traffic goes to a processor for which the affiliate receives credit.
In return affiliates would promise to try to use these sponsors first. It would make sense anyway as these are the only sponsors who tend to convert anymore and would be less risk than the others.
