I was listening to Mark Geragos on about day 3 and he was saying exactly that well before the halfway point... That the prosecution was forced to try a very weak case that they didn't believe in and they seemed to be throwing it. I was thinking about that as the prosecution called 3 people to identify Maritins voice, two of which initially said it wasn't him.. where the defense called 8 to identify Zimmerman as the one yelling for help The defense had numerous character witnesses taking about what a wonderful person he was... The prosecution had none. The defense called and use of force expert, the prosecution did not call their own rebuttal witness and so on and so on....
