I am stunned. A twenty-nine year old cop wannabe armed with a firearm and TWO FLASHLIGHTS stalked an innocent child in the rain for nearly twenty minutes for no real reason and then shot and killed him and it's perfectly legal.

Our legal system is so fucked up.
