I'm trying to work here but since around 2 hours some group of kids is shouting under my windows like crazy while parents just stare and they seem not to care. They have some grill party or something. (BTW the smell is irritating me as well.)
Such bullshit should be forbidden by law.
WTF!? I can't fucking focus. Should I go there and tell their parents to calm the shit down? Or walk to the shop in the meanwhile with hope that when I will be back they will be gone?
Any tips to deal with a noise. Earplugs seem to not work very well. I also have no audio hardware with enough power to drown out them with some metal music. Help me please! I can't focus on coding when the noise is coming.
