I'd help ya out but we don't offer (and don't have accounts with) any of those you listed... and if I can't log in to your account and pay directly with my card (you said 3rd parties can't pay) so not a lof of help heh.
As far as credit goes... I've never had, and never will have a credit card. There are plenty of other ways to build credit without needing to bother with those pieces of shit.
