The difference is in the US 30 years ago it was still possible for upward mobility in the social structure. Now days it's much much harder to move upward.
Also with blacks they didn't populate as fas as Hispanics. Hispanics will be the new majorty it's already happening.
Both black and white births are down in the US.
Also we have started a war on education in this country if you haven't noticed. Meaning the poor will stay uneducated and continue to breed like rabbits.
