In fact,
lots of business goes on outside of GFY entirely. I know for myself, even with PM's, it'll still be quicker to contact me via email, ICQ, skype or telephone as I only check the boards every few days, sometimes only once a week.
However, this does one thing that has been sorely missed here -- allowing actual business people to reach out to one another privately without the general membership knowing what they are interested in or what their respective strategies are.
