I remember being one of a handful of people at The Pond back in early 2009 trying to convince you to channel your efforts into creating a few of your own [ quality ] sites that could attract as just many if not more surfers than all your blogs and splogs combined.
I am going to recommend it again.
Even a single page site with less than 1K daily traffic can bring in $250 or more per month in new sales + rebills in exchange for $150 yearly hosting and 1-2 hours per week performing design tweaks and SEO.
