You did not see all that was going on. There was a hostage situation, the cops were trying to protect the public. Asked him to leave, he goes to his car, rolls all the windows down and starts blasting his music. Then he comes out and starts harassing the cops almost as if he is trying to incite others. It had nothing to do with him filming them, that was the last thing he did. He was interfering with their ability to do their job because they had to have a couple cops dedicated to monitoring that douche.
It is his fault and his fault alone that his dog was shot and I would tell him to his face. No one can suggest I am not a dog lover so it can't be that. When I heard about this video I did not want to watch but I had to; I was blown away at how dumb the owner was.
