I just checked. It looks like the options for my upgrade are $99 for either the iPhone 5 of the Galaxy S3. If I want to pay $200 I can get the Galaxy S4.

It sounds like that might be $100 well spent. To be honest I have never had a Smartphone so anything I get will be better than what I have now, but I do want to make sure I get the best deal I can.
