I can't say for the whole Russia. There is a democracy (i.e. everybody has his/her own point of view). Me and all my relatives/friends don't like him and have never voted for him. However I know many people especially rednecks and religion maniacs in low-educated villages do support him. Their votes do count equivalent to ours (yes, we have a direct election system unlike the USA
) so I have no clue about his overall support in the whole country, but I guess it's about 40..50% or so.
